All Tours Include:
Transportation on Deluxe
Motor coach ,Good Hotels accommodations, experienced and professional driver and a tour guide.
Accommodations: Good quality hotels are chosen for each trip. Non-smoking rooms with two beds are reserved. Please note that all
triple and quad occupancy will be a bed-shared basis.
Payments: Prices are per person in Canadian funds and include HST. $50 deposit on booking. Balance due 30 days
before departure. Cancellations due to emergency or sickness are 100% refundable. We accept cash , personal check, certified
check or postal money check.
Travel Insurance : is not included in your tour package. Passports are required effective June 1, 2009.
Pick-ups
available :in Halifax, PEI, Moncton, Salisbury Saint John, Miramichi, Woodstock, Florenceville,
Perth Andover and Fredericton.
Departure: Each departure is different, based on where our passengers originate from. We try to accommodate everyone
as much as possible.
Luggage: you are allowed one standard
size luggage and a travel bag.
Tax: the prices indicated on our trips include tax.
Smoking
or Drinking: No consuming of alcoholic beverages or smoking will be allowed
on motorcoach. Frequent stops will be made to allow for smoking.
Seating:
Everyone must rotate seats daily, if possible
Gratuities:
Customary gratuities to guides, bus driver, etc. should be made on a voluntary basis.
Responsibilities:
Laurie's Tours acts only as an Agent for the passengers with respect to the dining, attractions, admissions,
transportation, and accommodations, and therefore, cannot accept responsibility for missed connections, delayed departures,
or arrivals, loss, damage, or injury to persons or property. Laurie's Tours cannot accept responsibility for itinerrary
changes, changes in accommodations, transportation or attractions. reserving the right to substitute arrangements of
equal value as deemed necessary by us
